How it works
Infinity Box is a circular system that connects conscious consumers and restaurants around a shared asset – reusable takeaway containers.
Your customers can borrow an Infinity Box when ordering takeaway and return it to either your restaurant or any other partner restaurant. Help reduce waste from single-use takeaway containers
Receiving orders for Infinity Box
- Customers submit order through their preferred channel for delivery or pick-up (e.g. website, phone).
- They request packaging in Infinity Box container/s.
- They will be charged a $2 refundable deposit for each Infinity Box container.
Customers return containers
- When customers return their containers you must refund their $2 deposit.
- Wash the containers after being returned so they can be reused. Our containers are industrial dishwasher safe.
- Customers can return their Infinity Box containers at anytime and to any partner restaurant. All you will need to do is effect the deposit refund. As a result, you may end up with a few too many or a few short on your initial allocation of Infinity Box containers. You can easily reach out to us and we will pick up the excess containers or deliver a new allocation.
Subscription Price List
Infinity Box is a monthly subscription-based model with no upfront investment requirements and no lock-in contracts.
Our subscription prices are so competitive that you will not only be saving the environment, but also be saving on your takeaway packaging costs.

Infinity Box Container Types (more coming soon):
(*) Infinity Box containers are returnable and reusable. As such, the average uses per month that you will get from Infinity Box containers will exceed your subscription’s allocation. Table has 2 scenarios for average cost per use based on containers being returned every 2 weeks or every week. The more frequently your customer returns the containers the lower the cost per use for you.
(**) Customers may return some of the containers to other partners in the network or take a little longer to return them. To cater for this, we will replenish your allocation of containers by up to 20% of your subscription allocation every month. As an example, if you signed-up for ∞500 we can replenish an additional 100 containers every month.

Very simply, the process will involve the following steps
- Once we receive your request, Infinity Box will be in touch to confirm a few important details
- We will deliver your initial allocation of containers to your restaurant
- We will support you through setting up Infinity Box as a delivery option via delivery partner apps and on your website should you require support. This set up option will provide the customer with the choice of selecting Infinity Box at the ordering stage
- We will also add you to our list of partner restaurants on our website widening your brands exposure
- We will promote your restaurant on our customer communications and through our social media channels
- Infinity Box will restock and collect excess containers from your restaurant as required
How the deposit system works
Customers have the flexibility to return Infinity Box containers to any partner restaurant. Given this, you may end up with a few too many or short on your allocation. That is fine. Simply call us and we will pick-up the excess or deliver a new allocation at your convenience. Here is how this works:
Scenario 1: After the last month I have found that I have delivered many takeaways in Infinity Box containers, however have had fewer returned, and will need more onsite. Infinity Box will replenish your allocation just as soon as you inform us.
Scenario 2: After the last month I had more Infinity Boxes returned, and have had to refund a few more customers as they’ve returned their boxes. No problem – we will refund you accordingly and pick up the excess boxes should you prefer, just as soon as you inform us.
As part of the circular economy system upon which the Infinity Box model is based the above scenarios are anticipated and will be planned for accordingly. The best part of this is that we are contributing to being part of a solution.
